The underbed strip on our CB30 keeps falling off. It appears that it had a self adhesive strip that is not up to the job. What is the best way to attach it?

Hello David,

Might be best to order a new light strip that has better adhesive. Only other thing I can think of is a double sided tape to put behind it. Have you touched base with the dealer you bought it from to see if this is something we could cover under warranty?

I've had a great deal of success with industrial strength double-sided tape in a variety of situations, both protected and exposed to the elements. I'm not talking about the kind of tape that you typically get from your local hardware store. The best stuff is made by 3M [as used for GoPro mounts] but it's hard to find. Look for someone who supplies the automotive repair facilities locally. The stuff I use is often used to stick things like nameplates etc. onto cars. It takes a day or so to reach full strength adhesion but after that it's pretty solid.

Hope this helps
