My underwater lights are not working. Connections and fuse seem to be ok. Suspicious of the switch. Does anyone know the Blue Seas part number for this switch?

I had my port side go out on me. If it isn't the switch - you can test this by just temporarily jumpering the connection and bypassing it - they might have gone bad too.

I was able to swap them with the boat in the water, just be careful don't to lose any of the washers, and make sure you rinse your tools off from the salt water afterward

Edit: If you want to replace the lights they are Ocean LED OceanLED X-Series X4 LED (Color: Midnight Blue) on my R31 - I think the R29 is the same

This may sound silly but I had the same problem only to discover a mussel set had completely covered the light face. I thought I was having electrical issues as well until I physically checked the lights. Thought I would share.

Still inop, both lights. Confirmed the switch and fuse are ok by swapping cockpit light terminals with uw light terminals. At this point, wiring or the lights themselves must be the culprit. Blue/gray wire leaves the switch and disappears behind the bulkhead in the cockpit locker. But the wiring that emerges from each transom clamshell and running to the light is yellow, terminating in a waterproof sealed connection at the light. I guess the yellow wiring could actually be a bundle, with the blue/gray wire from the switch inside, and maybe a ground wire. (It’s not clear to me how the light is grounded). At some point, though, the blue/gray wire has to be split in order to reach the two individual lights. I have no idea where this connection could be, or how to reach it.

Anyone have any ideas on next steps?

The wire to the light is a standard positive/negative connection with 2 wires, it isn't founded via mounting or anything like that.

I forget the colors when I had to splice them back into the factory connection when I replaced them.
