our 2019 r23 garmin touchscreen is not functional. anyone know how to fix? we are underway so quick response would be great.

it turns on and seems to be stuck on an anchor alarm we had set last weekend but we can't clear it since the touch screen doesn't work.

Try turning off your battery switch or pulling the fuse to remove power to the Garmin, then turn it back on.

Happened to me once after a rough weather day ...I checked all the electrical connections to the chart plotter and that solved the Issue. Something got just a little loose and screen froze.
