Guys: Can anyone out there enlighten me regarding an unidentified fuse which I have discovered, hidden away under the switch/control panel in the wheelhouse? It is located almost directly underneath the tachometer/start/stop key switch assembly. It is a 3 Amp (purple coloured case) spade type fuse and although there appears to be purple coloured wire connected to it, it is very difficult to access. You can just make out the top of the fuse, with the number '3' stamped in white. I need to be a contortionist just to get my head in there, look upwards and try to shine a light at the same time. In any case, I managed to get a fairly good photo and have uploaded it to my photo album (stevan47). If anyone has any ideas I would be pleased to know. KIndest regards to all, Stevan.

Seem to have solved the unidentified fuse saga. The factory (Andrew Custis) hinted that it could be part of the start panel system (warning lights/buzzers/alarms, tacho, illumination, etc) and it seems he is correct. Also, Dave Shores (dgshores) had similar thoughts and he now has just sent me some info from the Yanmar Owner's manual confirming this. Obviously, I could not see the 'wood for the trees'. Anyway, I am a bit wiser now and I seem to have all the fuses located and ID'd, which is reassuring. Many thanks to all who contributed their suggestions. Kind regards from 'Down Under'. Stevan.
