Subject: Using the 110v outlets on the Inverter/Charger in 2019 R29

On my R29 CB NW Edition I have the Invert/Charge combo unit in starboard side cockpit locker. On its aft end there are two 110v outlets.

1) If the boat is on shore power is there any issue using these 110v outlets ?
2) In order to use these 110v outlets are there any switch settings required ?

Thanks...

Hi Barry,
Last winter I used that outlet to power my 150 watt Golden Rod bilge heater with no problems. I just plugged into them. I did read that when on shore power, those get "shore 110v" as opposed to an "inverted" 110v.

FYI- That outlet does have GFCI breaker built in as well.
