2016 r27 supplier inquiry

I was wondering if someone at the factory could provide with sources or part numbers for the hose and shutof valve which is used to feed coolant to the water heater and internal heat exchanger under the steering station.

Since engine coolant runs thru that I would assume it has to withstand the particular make up of the engine coolant and furthermore prevent engine coolant from being contaminated.

The re are two shutoff valve on the port side of the engine two completely isolate the water heater and cabin heater from the engine. Just curious what procedure is used to purge this part of the system from air if it ever becomes necessary to do so

To expand the query on this subject ... My 6by2 has no valves at the engine for this feed to the HWH and cabin htr. I would like to add them but do not know the thread size. Does anyone know ? As to air in the system, it should work its way out as the coolant is in constant circulation. Having said that, a bleed valve could be added at the extreme end of the coolant run - probably at the cabin htr.

I was able to reach the heater hose from under the head sink cut the hot side inserted a three way valve and then placed a "T" on the "cold" side. I was able to bolt the three way to floor pan so when I open the lid under the sink the valve is right there, Presto my feet love me
