Vent cleaning

On my 2008 R25 I would like to clean the screens at the vents in the hull for the fuel tank, holding tank and especially the fresh water tank. Is there a proper way to do this? Is the center portion threaded by any chance, so that it can be removed for cleaning? Also would like to know the manufacturer & model # for the vent if possible.

I fill my fresh water tank to the point where the water runs out of the vent. On the fuel vent I would disconnect the hose at the vent and then blow it out with air. I do not have a holding tank, but I assume you could do the same thing there.
