I need a qualified technician that KNOWS the vessel view system.
I am on a time limit that the broker put in the contract to repair my 2009 R25 vessel view.
At the sea trail the screen was frozen and would not change. The broker said this was repaired, but I found that all the information was missing, no tanks, or quantities. No rudder position, generator, environment, navigation, or trim.
Does each system have to be reloaded, or will it be reset by doing a factory reset?
Are there any Mercury technicians that can work on this near Charleston, SC?

Most of the information in the vessel view is not connected to anything. For example there aren't any sensors for rudder/trim angle unless your boat was customized. Also the generator was not incorporated into the vessel view but has its own panel. Engine parameters and fuel tank level were the only things connected to the vessel view on our boat which to my knowledge was as delivered from the factory.

Sent you a PM.

The information is limited because sensors for each item needs to be installed and is an option. You should get fuel quantity and tanks, however, the key must be turned on for them to show up.
