VHF radio does not turn on in our 2018 R23

Our radio does not turn on. It did 2 weeks ago! I did check the fuse in the fuse box (it's OK) in the lavatory. I also checked to see if the VHF circuit is receiving power. It is. Any thoughts on what to do next? All the other instruments from the fuse box are working also. It does seem to be just radio. Has any one removed the radio from the console next to the throttle?
 
You checked everything i would. You should be able to pull it straight out without issue. They have a sticky gasket that holds them down.
