I would just like to share an interesting Ranger Tug experience. In May 2010 I purchased a new untitled R29 delivered to the dealer in 2009. So 5 months into my ownership, my VHF no longer transmitted on channel 16 although otherwise it was perfect. I called Andrew and expected the usual blowoff or unreturned call. Au contraire. He called back within the hour and 4 days later I had a brand new Standard VHF radio at my door. No charge, no hassle. Unbelievable. I thought he would direct me to the radio manufacturer who would direct me to my dealer who would have me call the Coast Guard for defect verification. I am a TugNut believer for life. Thanks again Andrew and I will call Richard shortly to purchase the galvanic isolator you recommended. Jerry Geisenheimer.
