No I am not a retired cabinet maker. I run deli's and bakeries. Never be ashamed of your boat. It is not about the boat, it is about being on the water. My wife always tells me I need my "fix". As it was, we were not able to go out today due to the very strong (40+) SW winds here in Vegas today. The boat can more than take it, the crew cannot after a couple of hours!

If you are interested in purchasing any of the teak items, they are available as well as the canvas items.

Could you tell me more about those teak items and from where would i get them? Those drawers in the cave are of real interest along with the chest of drawers, the magazine rack.
I did some testing with my underwater color camera today and found out it will input to the Naxa tv. But no reverse image. Putting the camera in the drink holder was a creative idea. The pvc went on my shopping list. I couldn't come up with an idea to mount the camera on the Mis Dee and still use it underwater. The drink holder is the ticket.

Hope to meet you folks on the water one day. We plan on more fresh water cruising in the summer.

The other teak items can be ordered through our web sight.

The camera was purchased at Sam's Club of all places. I used a 3" PVC cap and mounted the camera with double stick tape and an L Bracket. It works great to see boats approaching from the stern. You can also mount a monitor in your tow vehicle and see what is behind you while you are towing.

It seems to me the factory should consider your modifications as an option, namely those who want a cave vs. those who don't. We would be in the latter position.

I agree with Greg on cave options. Most customers seem to have some kind of storage plan for that space. Of those who don't see potential storage, most of the rest seem to want to make it a kennel. Only a small handful view it as a bunk/cabin.
