Vodia Diagnostic Tool

Does anyone own a Vodia Diagnostic Tool and Software for a 2016 Volvo Penta D4?
If so what is the part number of the Vodia Tool you own and what version of software do you use?
What can be done with the tool, read codes, bring up history etc.
Can the tool run any engine diagnostic routines?

From what I understand the only access to a Vodia program is through a certified Volvo mechanic. The dealer I purchased my Cutwater from is also certified to work on Volvo Penta gas engines and even though they have the Voida software they are prohibited, by Volvo, to use it on diesel engines. It seems Volvo is not known for their customer service. They restrict proprietary information and products and love their parts so much they require large amounts of money to part with them. 😀

I've been trying to get my software updated on my 2015 28 Cutwater for two years and am still waiting. I know Covid made things worse for our local certified mechanic, and he is trying to hire and train people, but he has told me it has been almost impossible to find help that are qualified and willing to work.
You may want to call and get on your local Volvo DIESEL mechanic's wait list.
