I am considering removing the oil filter assembly on my D4 engine. This to give access to the starter. Has anyone done this removal? seeking advice on difficulty and unknown obstacles involved. thanks!
 
I’ve had the assembly off of my D4 for starter replacement as well. No big surprises.
