Volvo Penta D-4 260 Coolant Drains

I plan to change the coolant in my D-4. I found the "upper" drain just aft of the secondary fuel filter however, I have been unable to find the one that, from the drawing in the Volvo Penta D-4 manual, is forward and lower on the block. Found a raw water drain down there but that's it. Suggestions?

I just had mine changed by the local Volvo shop (wanted to see someone else do it the first time around). They connected a pump to the one drain you mentioned and suctioned it all out, just like an oil change.

I did the same this. Never found the second drain.
