We have the Volvo Penta D4-260 I, manufactured in 2015, and I'm having a hard time finding out if I have engine anodes to replace. The serial number is A510909. I've heard that VP stopped using anodes around this time period. If I still have them, where are they? If not, what is protecting my engine? Thanks in advance.

I have a 2015 28 Cutwater with the D4 260hp Volvo and it has two anodes associated with the engine. One in the heat exchanger and one in the raw water pump. There is schematic drawings on line if you need them let me know.
Hope this helps.

This link will take you to the website. Look up your engine, then one anode is shown on under Cooling and the second under Raw water pump.
They are a great place to get parts from as well.

Thanks CapT. Those are exactly where I've been looking, numerous times, and can't find them. I don't think I'm that blind, or am I going crazy? I did hear they were discontinued around the 2015/2016 model year, or were they moved?
I need to know for this EXACT engine, since the documents don't seem to keep up.
Help from the RT factory please?
Thank you

If I recall it just looks like a bronze bolt until you unbolt them. Easy to miss

Ron,
As stated above, they can be difficult to locate. I will be going over to the boat this week and will try and get a couple of pictures to post here. I know the gallery is currently not working but I'll try to paste them to the post.
