Wallas stove heater

My wallas stove top heater is very efficient. My concern is if it needs to be vented when it is operating. If I leave a window or hatch open I loose some of the effectiveness of the heater, any suggestions ?

The stove takes combustion air from the outside. And exhausts to the outside. Other than a possible leak you should be fine. Just make sure your carbon monoxide sensor is working properly, just in case there is a malfunction.

We do not open the windows on the starboard side nor do we keep the cabin door open. I have cracked the port windows and/or the upper hatches on the port side with no noticeable fumes . My carbon monoxide detector has not registered any thing. We do this when we are cooking or heating. Still like the Wallas for both purposes.
