Wanted: Summer lease of Cutwater or Ranger Tug

I sold my Cutwater 28 at the end of last season and now of course I wish I hadn’t. This season looks like almost a complete bust on Lake Ontario but just wondering if there is anyone out there who is considering not launching at all this season and would lease their boat to me instead - June to September. I know its a long shot but doesn’t hurt to ask. Cheers, Roger Ware, Kingston, Ontario.
 
Curious, I was hoping to be boating on Ontario and maybe up to Ottawa this summer, why do you say it looks like a bust? High water again? I didn't think you were getting that much moisture...
 
Well, all marinas and launch ramps are closed in Ontario and Quebec at the moment. Plus I think (although no one seems to know) that boating is also prohibited. That could all change by June 1 and probably will open up. Getting up to Ottawa will require Parks Canada to open the Rideau System and man the locks - again, no-one knows. I would say that is likely by June but not certain. Good luck!
 
BTW on Lake Ontario water levels the news is good. Latest projections show forecast levels being well below 2019, likely below 2017 as well. That could change if we get a ton of rain, but not very likely now.
