Wanted: used salmon gear in Seattle area

I would like to get into salmon fishing this year. Does anybody have used gear for sale???? Preferably in the area from Bellingham to Seattle. Rods, electric down riggers, etc. For use on an R29.

I have a couple of rods I don’t really need. I could probably part with a used reel or two. I’ll have to look at what’s sitting around.

I have a couple downrigger balls. FYI at least in the Seattle area most used Scotty downriggers aren't priced much off of what you can buy new.

you can start with deep six divers to get your bait down before investing in downriggers. just need a couple of ugly stick rods with some braid and some flashers. Get the rods with line gauges.

you will alas quickly realize that you will want to invest in more gear to focus more on catching vs fishing 😀
