A 100-ft fishing vessel sunk in Guemes Channel near the Guemes Island Ferry Terminal in Anacortes. The wreck is in 30 feet of water in approximate position 48-31-09 N, 122-37-31 W. Due to the size of the vessel, it poses a significant obstruction to maritime traffic and mariners should avoid this location and use extreme caution. The wreck has been temporarily marked with red marker buoys with white lights on the bow and the stern of the vessel.
