Water collecting in chain and rode compartment

Hi
My 29 S has been collecting rain water in the anchors chain and rode compartment. I baled the water out and cleaned the mud etc . I put a hanger wire thru the little hole and plunged it a couple of times . It did the trick for a bit then water collected again! Anybody with this issue? Is there another fix?

I had that problem on my 2008 R25. I could not get a wire all the way up so I went below all the way forward. I took out the small panel that the tv was attached to and the hose from the anchor locker to the drain had a significant kink in it. Apparently they had to make a 90 degree turn and it kinked allowing no water to pass. I bought a more flexible hose and installed it and no more problem.
