We recently had a problem with our Isotemp water heater while on our ICW trip. One night with cold shower motivated me to get this resolved before there was a mutiny. I used a thread found on the Ranger Tug Technical Forum to troubleshoot the problem but nothing identified there resolved the problem. I noticed when the problem started the light on the circuit panel was intermittently not lighting up. Even if the light would not come on I could see the load meter would jump 5 amp when I turn on the water heater circuit. The next day flipping circuit breaker did nothing. I decided to swap out the breaker with an accessory breaker that was not being used. This solved the problem. It was just a bad breaker. Now I have to find a replacement breaker. I hope this helps someone in the future. Just one more item in the list things to try when troubleshooting a water heater issue.
