Water problem

I’m having a people problem with getting water into toilet,and water to come out pump for washing the boat at the stern.When I turn on the pump II hear pump running but no water,same in the head.Is there a screen to clean,and where do I
find the pump?
All suggestion will be appreciatived.Thanks

On our R29S both the toilet and the washdown pump get their water through the same strainer on the starboard side of the engine. Thus, my first guess is that your through hull valve feeding that strainer is not open or is otherwise clogged.

Next question,trying to check oil on my next generator,where is dip stick?

The oil dipstick is center of generator to the right of the oil fill. It has a black pull.
