When you turn on the water pump no water flows to the sinks.
Suggestions?

Is there a selector valve for fresh water or is it automatic?

I don't believe there is a valve between the pump and the sinks, unless added by a previous owner. I've had my whole water system apart and have not come across any values.
When I had my motor home I did have a similar problem and it turned out to be a bad diaphragm inside the pump. I chose to replace the pump as it was pretty old and a new one was close to the cost of the diaphragm.
The only other thing I believe it might be is a blockage in the system. This maybe at the small filter attached to the pump. When I added an expansion tank to my system I found a bunch of small pieces of white plastic in the pump filter. I believe these plastic pieces came from the tank due to the drilling for fittings at the factory.
I have the C 28 and the pump was located behind the monkey fur panel at the front of the cave. Not an easy place to work when your 6 foot tall, old and arthritic. I'm not sure if it's in the same place on your boat.
Hope this helps.

Is pump working? If so check the following:
Screen at pump, if no water start at head. Remove faucet head and make sure screen is clean at hose to head connection, if no water, disconnect supply line. If no water check for a screen inside supply line and clean it.
Galley sink start at faucet head and clean screen. Then there is a check valve at the body of faucet to hose to head. disconnect hose and remove check valve and throw it away and reconnect. If still no water then check supply line screens.
