Cliff Mass and the folks at the UW School of Atmospheric Sciences are conducting a survey of boaters in the Puget Sound region so researchers can determine how best to communicate reliable forecast information for boaters.

I went to web site on Aug 4th at 8:39 PM PDST and the survey had closed down.... You posted Aug 2nd and unless the survey was active much before that giving people just a few days was a bit short sighted. Bummer.... 🙁
