webasto heater

I have a R27 and need to know where the in line fuse is located as well as where the transfer pump is.
the error code is flashing, 4 fast and 12 slow, nothing else happens. If I could find the fuse I could unlock the control.

Sorry to hear of your continued Webasto heater trouble. This forum is VERY helpful...

And to that end, if you post your question ONTO the "Webasto" thread you started 2 days ago, you will likely get better help even sooner. This (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4674&p=33987#p33987) is the thread to which I'm referring. Mike R. (Knotflying) responded last and probably has his manual open so he could look up your code. 😉

While the controller is powered on, simply turn your house battery switch off and verify the lights go off. This should reset the unit. If you still have trouble after this, let me know and we can put you in touch with Webasto. These units are very good so I wouldn't suspect anything major is wrong.

I have tried that solution 4 times without success. Suggestions?

My heater is a different make but I know the one time it wouldn't start the battery was a bit low Certainly not dead but the heater will not drain the battery and shuts down and flashes code if the battery gets below a certain voltage.
