For the milk, we use a frothing attachment for an immersion blender.

We went with the Breville Creatista. Fits exactly where the Kuerig K-Slim unit was using same bungee. Takes Nespresso capsules and has built in milk frothier.

I use a Moka pot that brews espresso like coffee. While it’s not espresso like my Rancilio Sylvia, it’s close enough.
I like it because it works on the propane stove so I can make a latte even when our batts are low.
Pour it over some heated and frothed milk and call it good.
