where to mount a Webasto heater in a R25

Greetings

We have a 2010 R25, and want to install a Webasto or similar diesel heater. Will any of you who have one installed tell me:
1. where is it on your boat?
2. where is the heating duct?
3. where is the thermostat?

Any other advice?

I did mine on my R-27 after market. It is now nstalled behind the stove. The eaxhaust is a bit forward behind the sink and the intake goes out into the cockpit under the gunnel. The t-stat is on the starboard side of the companion way into the v-berth. The pump is located under the stove. I have a vent in the v-berth, salon and head. Intake vent is also in salon. I attached power to house bank. The R-25 is a little different configuration, but similar layout as the R-27.
