I have been on the TugNuts forum since its first day. I am a big fan of the brand and have often recommended Ranger when people ask about a boat in this size range. The boats are great, the factory support is outstanding. I have heard some folks speculating on our "next boat" choice... they must know more than I do about that. 😉 Having spent a lot of days driving other peoples' boats over the last few years, we are looking forward to some land traveling; no immediate boat buying plans/decisions.
I would say that "nothing is off the table," but I saw an interesting motorsailor a year or so ago; a good candidate for an "over the horizon" bluewater boat. It hadn't been used in a while, needed some work, and could be bought right. I mentioned it to the Blonde, then took her to see it - she looked at the teak decks and canvas that would need attention and said... "You can do that with your next wife!"

PS Wild Blue's new owners are a great couple; people we know (Tim and Mary); another couple adding a motorcruiser to their sailing adventures. I think Tim knew that we were looking for a change - he asked me at the beginning of the summer, "Do you know of anyone who might be selling a boat like yours about August or so?"
"Hmmmm - maybe we should talk." 😎
They will be heading for Desolation Sound after we hand over the boat... greet them with a friendly smile when you see them on the water.
