Will banks find the prices of used 21' tugs inflated?

Do sellers inflate the prices like they do for the c-dory? (usually double of what nada.com shows)

Obviously the housing market collapsed do to the same problem, I just don't want to run into the hassle of having to pay half the price of the boat just to get the bank to finance it.

Will a survey help this problem?
 
What we found that worked with C-Dorys is to bring a list of what boats like yours have sold for, compared to the NADA prices. Ranger, like C-Dory is a "cult" boat, one for which folks will pay whatever it takes to have the boat they want.
