Windlass Issue on Cutwater C-288

The windlass on my Cutwater C-288 is getting no power. I have checked the breaker at the power panel and it seems fine. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how was it resolved? Thanks

Have you tested power is getting through the relay when the buttons are pressed? Often a dead relay is the source of problems.
