Windless Bow Pedals

I have a 2019 31CB. The pedals for the windless on the bow stopped working. I looked in the anchor locker and two wires were hanging free. They are the connection back to the controller. Where do these terminate and how do I get to that point? The anchor system works fine from the helm.

The wires should run above the V-berth headliner, down along the starboard side. There should also be a connection point located below the dash.
