Okay, here's the current scoop on the handles, D-15, low profile (to clear the window screens) and painted black. They are available from the manufacturer, AdvanTec for $43.00 ea. plus shipping. Unpainted aluminum may be cheaper (appox. $35). I dealt with a very helpful parts guy, Justin, who is actually located in Gold Beach, OR, even though the phone number looks like a British Columbia line:

Justin says he orders from B.C. about 20 units at a time, but he's down to 3 at the moment (1 after he ships the 2 I just ordered). The handles can also ship directly from B.C. Mine will go out Monday and be here Wednesday UPS Ground, so pretty quick turnaround.

Also, if anyone wants a pdf of the factory installation instructions (with photo), which would also be helpful in re-bedding existing handles. send me a DM.
