It’s a long story, but last Fall I managed to break the port side window over the dinette on my 2014 R27. With some help from Ranger I was able to track down a replacement from their supplier in Canada. I’m getting ready to do the replacement and I wonder if anyone else has taken on this project and has any tips and/or pitfalls to avoid. Seems like a straight forward project, but those are usually the ones I screw up.

I have resealed windows on other tugs so the process should be similar. Using EPDM gasket works well as a seal. You can purchase it from Home Depot. Just remove the screws on the inside and remove the frame and then the window can be removed from the outside. You may have to use a putty knife to get it started. A plastic knife will prevent scratching the gel coat. Be careful if you are using a metal putty knife, which is easier to fit behind the flange.
