Windows falling off new 2023 Ranger Tug R25

After waiting nearly a year for my new 2023 Ranger Tug R25 to come in, the port window fell off in the ocean and the starboard window started coming loose the first time I took it on the ocean. I’ve been going back and forth with both Ranger Tug and Pocket Yacht for the last 2 1/2 months trying to get it fixed. Couldn’t be more disappointed to not be able to use my new boat for the first few months of the boating season while I try to get Pocket Yacht and Ranger Tug to come through. Hopefully this is an anomaly and other new owners are not having the same service nightmares.
 
I don't think this is common. But I have talked to Ranger and Cutwater owners that have had issues with the glass pulling away, leaking and needing to be re-bed. I recently received a PM from a Cutwater owner that was looking for a glass company that could cut make a new windshield for his C28 Cutwater.

"Brian not sure if you can help but I need a new windshield for our 2021 C28 because our dealer had spilled something on the windshield which wrecked the UV protection (the general manager had said the UV protection damaged) and of course since they no longer make the C28 diesel, the factory can’t seem to find a windshield. How would someone locate parts for a discontinued boat? Like I said you may not be able to help but would appreciate your input".

I'm assuming there was some work being done to his windshield.

I was really surprised that parts for a 2 year old boat were not Available. My suggestion to you and to the Cutwater owner that PM me would be the same. Call, contact Andrew at Fluid motion. He is very helpful in getting things done and he post his direct number on TugNuts Andrew # (206)249-4225.
 
Appreciate it Brian. I talked at length to Nathan today with the boat being in the shop and windows being replaced as we speak. I believe we are on the right track to get Nathan's boat back up and running.
