Winter boat storage near Philadelphia, PA

Due to recent vandalism of our trailered R-21 Classic while in its current winter storage facility, my wife and I are looking for a new storage location for the off seasons to come. We live 35 miles west of Philadelphia and a perfect scenario would be a barn or airplane hangar with the ability to just rent the space necessary to park the boat on the trailer. Other forms of covered storage would be considered but we are trying to avoid commercial storage facilities because it just costs too much.

Anyone with available space or knowledge of reasonably priced covered storage in our vicinity, your help would be greatly appreciated.
