winterizing R-21

I have a Ranger R-21 with a yanmar 3GM30C engine, The boat is never used in salt water and is stored during winter months. Question is, how to winterize the raw water system on the engine? aside from using 'pink" antifreeze i have no further instruction . I have no owners manual or such,any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
