OK..... everyone knows how to winterize...
but
I have a question , specifically for the hot water system...
I find no drain valve on my hot water tank... there is an octopus of a fitting attached to the cold inlet side that consists of the cold water supply, a jumper to the mixing valve, and the pressure relief valve.... but no separate drain valve.. I was going to use the pressure relief outlet.. but it is almost completely unreachable, however I guess I could just hold it open and then just suck the mess out of the bilge with a shop vac.. (that bilge does not drain to the bilge pumps since the limber hole appears to have been sealed off at the factory by expanding urethane foam... why??)
I was pressed for time, so I just used a REAL LOT of antifreeze till the hot water tank and thence the hot water faucets drained pink...
Is this adequate??
Is there a better way?? (Next year I will drain the hot water tank somehow first... and then do the brilliant "hot water tank bypass method as is seen on the video

Also.. tried to get antifreeze into the " city water connector".. but it appears blocked.. is there an "anti siphon" valve somewhere in this connection that I can't see that might be blocked ??
Thanks
