Can someone tell me the location of the fuse for the wiper motor(s)? Yesterday the starboard wiler quit on our 8 hour run to Captiva. I’m hopeful it’s just a fuse. But I’ve checked the manual and can’t find a fuse for the motor anywhere. Am I just not looking closely enough?

TIA,

Gordon

Just above the offending switch is a black rubber nipple. Press it firmly and you should here a click. Good luck. My motor needs to be replaced. Check my recent posts. Good luck

Thanks. Tried it, no joy. There actually doesn’t seem to be anything of substance behind the nipple. For that matter, none of the nipples seem to have anything behind them.

Any news on the wiper fuse, I am looking for it as well. One of mine stopped out of the blue. Pushed in fuse over the switch, but still doesn't work. Diagram shows another fuse somewhere, can't find it. Any help appreciated

Have been away from the boat, but unable to locate a fuse before leaving. Will renew the search as soon as I get back to the boat.

I found one has to push the nipple in various directions to get it to reset. I’ve had to do this several times but it does eventually reset. You can also take the cover off of the rocker switches/rubber nipple area to inspect to make sure the rocker arm is aligned properly. If you do this take a photo with your phone of the area as you are disassembling for ease of reassemble. If someone finds another fuse somewhere for the wipers please post back with the findings for everyone’s benefit.

I have a 2015 Cutwater 30 S. The port wiper quit working last fall and I spent hours trying to diagnose the problem. I changed the switch, checked all the fuses and connections at the wiper motor. On the Cutwater the fuse is behind the mirror in the head. I did get a wiring and fuse diagram from the factory to help.

However, in the end it was a failed wiper motor. Apparently IMTRA had some issues with earlier motors and now have an upgraded replacement. I sent the motor back to IMTRA and they replaced it at no charge.
