You have insufficient privileges to reply here. Why do I sometimes get this message? It doesn't happen always. Sometimes I can respond to a post and other times it says that.

Because people ask their questions in the 'Ask the factory' section and only factory employees can answer in that section. It's unfortunate, because often they are questions that other people can easily and quickly answer.

is it an Ask the Factory forum post? Only the factory and the person who asked the question can post in that forum.
