Hi All! New Owner, bought it last year and drove it down from Carolina to Florida and love it.

#1 Where do i find the zincs for the props? Mine is gone! Anyone know what model or part number and where to get it? Is that even a thing...what Zincs should I be putting on.

#2 Trim Tab...one of the "shock Absorbers" The black thing that connects the tab to the boat, any idea where I can get one? Mine disconnected.

Thanks

You should be able to get all the zincs for the boat from boatzincs.com. Here's the link for the prop zinc https://www.boatzincs.com/prop_nuts.html. You want size D.
There are also zincs on the thrusters, trim tabs if so equipped.
Engine zincs based on the engine.
Not sure what you need on the trim tab hydraulic cylinder, if it's a Bennett best to call them directly.
Helps if you post year, model and engine brand.

Thanks so much! really appreciate it!

Question, Where Do i find which Zincs to order for the tabs and thrusters and engine? I checked the manual...
I was able to order the other one so THANK YOU!!!

This should be the thruster zinc, bow and stern. https://www.boatzincs.com/sm31180.html
Are there zincs on the tabs now? There are two types, one attaches on the the two screws at the base of the cylinder. The other type is two discs that sandwich the tab. You can find both on the boatzinc site.
What engine do you have??

One funny thing about “zinks” is that if you are using them underwater in salt water they really should be an aluminum alloy, not zink. If you go aluminum, make sure all common bond underwater anodes are aluminum.

It’s a long read but this article explains it:
