Need to purchase some new zincs for the boat and was hoping to have it here to look at and measure, but the boat is still not here. Long story there, but does anyone have the shaft size for the prop nut zinc and the size of the transom plate zinc for the r 29 by chance

There used to be excel spreadsheets attached on the left of this site that had that information. Perhaps someone still has a copy.

The parts list is there, but only has the name of the part and the price. There are no specs at all

Just call the parts department at Ranger and order the zincs.
You will not save any real money by shopping around.

I have a place that we do a group buy and they are considerably cheaper. Just looking for the sizes. My boat, yet again is tied up out of state and was supposed to be delivered here yesterday, but did not get delivered.

The R-27 uses a "D" prop zinc, which you can buy at BoatZincs.com. Not sure if the R-29 is the same.

Give Peter Haywood @ Winter Island Yacht Yard a call and he can tell you better.

I will just have to wait until the boat gets to me, if it ever happens. Peter actually has the boat and that is the problem. The relationship between them and us is not going all that well of right now.

That is very surprising to hear.

As most Tugnutters have read, YOLO has had some major failures, especially for a new vessel, and Peter and his crew have taken care of all my issues with the greatest of customer service and professional craftsmanship.

I hope you will continue to give him a chance to prove this to you.

He has had the boat all winter, spoke with him in February and he said the boat was done, just trying to get it back home and get the season started. It has been a very rough first year with the boat. I have been pretty quiet about all of it, but the boat is starting to become a thorn in our side. The first 3 months of having it, I spent most weekends fixing things due to the fact our selling dealer stopped selling them. We have had everything form gel coat issues, water leaks, electric issues and on and on. Andrew has been great and always there when need be.
The worst part of all of it, is that the boat is now 3-4 hours away, he is the closest dealer. If we had known that wilde was no longer going to be a dealer, we probably never would have bought the boat. We have learned from past boats that dealer support is very important for warranty.
again, we just want the boat back. The last time I spoke with them at Winter Island, I was a little short on the phone with them, due to no communication form them. still as of this moment, I have not heard from the regarding delivery. It was supposed to be delivered Thursday, then Friday, then Monday and still, just silence.
