I managed to discharge both my main and engine batteries when I left both MAIN and PARALLEL switches ON, when on Shore Power, but didn't realize my Shore Power plug had become unplugged for an extended period. Both Main and Engine battery banks are too low to allow re-charging now that I've re-connected shore power. How do I re-charge them?

First, turn the parallel switch off.
Use a battery jump charger and connect it directly to the engine battery’s positive and ground terminals. It’s easier to jump the engine battery first; once it reaches around 12.0–12.4 volts, you can turn the parallel switch back on. At that point, the house batteries should begin taking a charge from the boat’s charger. The ACR is currently seeing the batteries as dead, so you need to bypass it temporarily to get the charging process started. If the ACR still doesn’t allow a charge to the house batteries, continue charging the engine battery until it’s fully charged, then try turning the parallel switch on again.

Thanks for the reply. Just to make sure, the engine battery is in the starboard lazarette, for the 2024 R27OB LE, correct? I can easily access the positive terminal, the negative is way inside under the deck. Is there a ground or negative bus to attach the negative lead of my charger to ? Or do I have to pull the battery forward into the lazarette?

Yes, the engine battery is located in the starboard lazarette. You can access the ground connection through the center cockpit hatch. You’ll need to climb in a bit deeper to reach it, but it’s still much easier than trying to pull the battery out.
