I have a new to me 2018 Cutwater C302 and I'm working through all the little issues that either did not get caught in the survey or just learning about the boat. I have an issue where when I flush the toilet, the vacuum works but it does not add water. I hear a a click but no pump. I see the water line that goes from the raw water strainer towards the head but can't figure out where the pump is or where to start troubleshooting. Any help is welcome.

On a 2017 Ranger 29, there are two 90 degree ball valves aft of engine for raw water:
1) engine water
2) toilet and cockpit wash down water (starboard side, also near pump)
If wash down works, then pump and filter should be good for toilet. There is a switch adjacent to wash down garden hose outlet.

I'd think it would be a pump somewhere on this hose or forward of it toward the head.

I don't know about the Cutwater 302, but on the similar RT31, the water for flushing the head is fresh water from the water tank. So to fill the bowl, the water pump needs to be turned on. I'm pretty sure the RT 29 uses raw water for the head.

The pump for the head on my 2019 C302 is located under the cockpit hatch, right under the cabin door area..supple line comes from sea strainer on port side (bronze) as shown in other replies/post. Hope this helps.

Oh! I completely missed that. Will check this weekend. Thanks a ton!

I'm following. I changed my Joker valve and when I flushed the head, it had no raw water coming in. The raw water valve is open and I have the same pump as in the picture above on my 2019 C302C. I'm thinking it could either be a fuse which I cannot locate or I pulled loose a wire connection when pulling out the head.
