Factory response

Does anybody know if the factory is still responding to requires on asking a cut water factory thread.

I was wondering the same, based on: https://www.tugnuts.com/forums/ask-the-cutwater-factory.19/, I would say the answer is either no, or once in a Blue Moon...

Questions asked to that Forum will not give privileges to owners that may be able to answer the question. The results is less responses to assist the OP looking for an answer for an issue they are having. I use to respond to many of the questions on this site. I have not owned a Fluid Motion built boat for 5 years so the changes in hulls and the builds are different. keep my comments to a minimum unless it has to do with a boat built 2021 or older. When all tugnut members could respond to all questions. Based on Pauls response it is hit or miss and or pick and choose! I think if an owner is having a major issue and emails direct to a customer service rep. they will respond quickly. At least they did when I had issues when I purchased my Cutwater.

Thanks Brian. I’ve gotten a lot of good information from you in the past. I posted a couple times. I’m trying to remove the air conditioning control unit. I’m not getting any kind of response. I hate to rip it out if there’s a way to remove it without doing damage.
