R-27 Helm Seat sliding latching mechanism.

The latching mechanism for the sliding function on my 2025 R-27OB doesn't "catch". How do I access the slider under the seat to repair or replace it? US-FMLT2744K425 Thank you.

There are screws on four metal brackets that hold the helm seat rods in place. Remove those screws, and you will be able to remove the seat.

Thanks. So the part of the seat base with the sliding mechanism will be exposed on the bottom of the seat? That is, both the part that slides and the track with the lever?
