    Garmin auto pilot erratic at low (trolling) speed

    What hydraulic pump is installed on the c288? The boat has problems holding a heading at slow speeds. I’ve read online that some garmin hydraulic pump models are not rated for slow speeds. I am also thinking of installing an external GPS antenna to see if that helps Ed Old Bold Diver
