    Adding hydraulic fluid to steering

    We have a 2017 30cb. What is tge correct way to add fluid? If I add it to the upper helm station, does it flow to the lower? I have been reluctant to open the lower station cap, fearing that would drain the upper.

    Garmin auto pilot erratic at low (trolling) speed
