2016 C28 Stern folding seat

How do I remove the folding seat on the stern so I can gain better access to the hatches underneath to service the trim tab hydraulic system? I can't fold the seat back because there is a bait tank installed that prevents folding out to the swim deck.
 
Remove the back cushion. You will see a 3/8 bolt at the base of the seat port and starboard side. The seat pivots on this bolt. Remove both bolts and the complete seat will lift out. Then remove the screws that anchor the starboard lid. Remove the screws that anchor the plastic insert in place and lift the insert up. You now have full access to all aft components.



This is a photo of a C26 with the seat removed. The removal is the same for a C28. The C26 waste tank is located where the generator is located in the C28.

Thanks! I didn't want to start an exploratory dismantling and screw something else up. Much appreciated.
