Need some insight and I some ideas for trouble shooting.
Air conditioner on 2012 Cutwater will not come on with generator or shore power.
Control panel does not show any life no lights nothing.
AC voltage meter shows proper voltage with generator and shore power.
Circuit breaker for AC shows power ( light is on) and air conditioner circuit breaker shows same.
We have AC throughtout the salon.

Where from here...?

Thanks for any information on this topic.

Check to see that you have power all the way back to the unit. You could have a disconnected wire. I would start at the unit and work back to the panel. Even though the light on the breaker is on, the wire from the breaker could have gotten loose. If you have power all the way back to the connection inside the unit check the connections to the control. If both controls are identical you could swap them out to eliminate a possible bad control. After that it may be time to call a tech. There is a mother board and a couple of capacitors that could be shot.

Let us know how it works out for you.

Check to make sure the connection at the control is making a good contact, this is located behind the control panel, it is just double sided tape and comes off easy.
I would then crawl back in the cave and make sure the control box at the unit has power.

Thanks for the input. Ronnie I also contacted supplier of system and he was great help and give me some great tips for future use. First he suggested checking out the display panel has you did and that appeared to be the issue disconnected and reconnected and system came to life. Ran self test and system performed as advertised. Problem solved.

Tips from supplier:
On removal of double back taped panels. Run fishing line around panel between mounting surface and panel in a back and forth motion. This tends to cut the tape and bingo panel is loose to broken panels or damage to mounting surface from screwdriver, knife or and other tool you may use to pry off.

Cleaning of connector use pencil eraser to clean contacts rather than using dielectric grease as I had planned.

Ronnie you mention access from the cave to get to the control box . Can you access this from the cave through the vent?

I did crawl back into the cave . I am a big guy and nearly had to call for the jaws of life to get out. Holy cow that area is best suited for feet and grandkids.

Thanks Nate
