Hello, I have a C-24 C, that buy in Jensen Beach, FL two weeks ago, the Windlass broked when retrieved my anchor yesterday, I need help. Thank you

I Have a 2018 Cutwater 24 C and it had to be replaced. We had it for a year and went to use it for the first time one evening and nothing. I hope it works this year.
